    Whenwethinkbackonourparents,grandparents,andgreatgrandparents,thereweremany
    childreninthehouse.Itmayhavebeencrowdedandhardfinancially,butwewerehappy,
    perhapsbecausethereweresomanyofusinsolargeafamily.Butthetimecamewhenpeople
    said:Asmanorwoman,asparentsorteachersofleaders,youhavethedutytoshowthe
    peoplethewaytoabetterfuture.
    Thatbetterfuture,peoplethought,couldonlybearicherfuture,afutureinwhichtheindividual
    hadmoremoney.Andwhentheywereaskedwherethismoneywouldcomefrom,afalse
    teachingaroseinthelastcentury:Thefewerpeoplethereare,themoreanindividualchildcan
    inheritfromhisparents.Hewholoveshischildrenandwishesaprosperousfutureforhis
    nationshouldthereforeseetoitthatGermanyspopulationissmall,andthatonlyafewchildren
    continuethefamilyafterheisgone.
    Thatwastheterribleteachingofbirthcontrol,whichMarxismpreachedandthebourgeois
    followed.Noonedaredstandagainstit.Thatwasthedoctrinethatmadeuswhatwearetoday:
    adyingpeople,inwhichfewerchildrenareborneachyear,inwhichtodaymorepeopledie
    eachyearthanareborn.Thisallwassupposedtoleadtoahappyfuture.Itunderstood
    happinessonlyintermsofpossessions.Itwasthereforeinherentlyfalse.Buteveninitsown
    termsitwasfalse,foritforgotsomething:Whenapeoplebeginstodie,whenapeopleno
    longerobeysthelawsoflife,whenapeoplevaluesmoneymorethanitsexistenceand
    posterity,thispeopleisonthepathtodisaster,bothhistoricallyandpolitically.Withinafew
    decadesitwillbedead,oppressedbyotherpeopleswhoarestronger,closertolife,andwho
    followlifeslawsbetterthanwe.
    Ifpresenttrendscontinue,bytheendofthecenturyGermanywillbeanationwithonly4050
    millioninhabitants,andweknowthatonourbordersotherpeoplesaregrowingquicklyand
    strongly.Soonerorlater,theseotherpeopleswillcomeinconflictwithashrinkinganddying
    Germanpeople,andtheresultofthesupposeddoctrineofhappinesswillbeahardandbitter
    nationaldeathforourchildren.Thosewhobelievedthattheycangivetheirchildrenahappy
    andpeacefulfuturebyreducingthenumberofchildrenerrdeeply.Theygivethechildrenonly
    thepromiseofahardandbitterstruggleforGermanysexistenceasastateandasanidea.
