Sutera Klasik is a company that produces batik sutera or silk, located in Terengganu, Malaysia. Currently
the silks are hand designed by people. The company has different type of customers; individuals and
corporate agencies. The demands for the silk have been increasing from year to year. Despite the growing
business, Sutera Klasik faced several problems in their current business operations:

Cannot identify popular silk designs

Cannot identify the most profitable customers and how to retain them
Does not have accurate information about supplies (cloth, ink for designing)
Manually record information about workers, salaries and productions
Cannot estimate the optimum number of silk to be produced daily/weekly/monthly

The owner decided to expand his business by producing digital silk design using computers. The owner
also decided to set up an online store for marketing and selling the silks.
