Process of Creating A Group Logo

The first step in creating my logo was finding a good website that offered a variety of
symbols to choose from. Fortunately, I had found one that did just that. I was aiming to find a
symbol that represented what my group and I are doing, which is obviously filming. Keeping
this in mind, I had found the perfect logo; a film projector, therefore I chose to go with this
symbol.

Secondly I had to name my logo. My group and I had decided to use our initials from our first
name as our group name because it was simple yet represented us individually taking a role
in the group. Therefore this was aligned under the logo following the word Productions as
we liked how it sounded and how it correlated well with our name.

After placing our group name under the symbol, I began to customise the font for SNM. I
chose to go with Belwe Mono as I liked the bold yet trendy look to it and chose it to be only
for the initials.

However for the word Productions, I chose to go with Wendy LP Medium because I really
liked how it looked like a typical girl handwriting and due to my group being only girls, I felt
this was perfect for the logo.

Last thing to do was splash some colour into the logo. However, I wanted the theme to be
black, hot pink and white; so I only ended up changing the SNM as I really wanted to make
it stand out. I chose to make the initials a hot pink colour, again only linking in with the fact
that the group was only girls.

Finally, our logo was created and I was really pleased with the results.
