Dear Parents/Guardians

My name is Katelyn Ward and I am a student intern in 5 Hooper. I will be in the

classroom until the end of April and I am looking forward to continuing to work
with the students throughout April. I am currently doing my Education degree
at St. Thomas University, and part of the program is creating a website to
showcase our philosophies, our lessons, and other teaching artifacts. One of
the things our professors encourage is for us to show photos of our students
working on the lessons we have created and activities that we are doing in class,
including photos of their work. This website is a public website but any work or
photos that are featured on the site will not have any childs name associated
with them. This website is viewed by our professors and potential employers. I
am writing to seek approval to use photos of the students in 5 Hooper on my
website. If you do not wish to have photos of your child on the website do not
hesitate to decline. If you have any questions please feel free to contact
either myself or Mrs. Hooper.
