9066. Use Article 1, Sections 8, 9 and 10, Article II, Section 2 and the Bill of

op-ed in response to the governments action that answers the following
question:
To what extent is the internment of Japanese Americans
constitutional?
Can the internment of Japanese Americans be justified as a national
security necessity?
Why were Japanese Americans treated differently than German and
Italian Americans during WWII?

developed thesis, includes appropriate mechanics, is written logically and
fluidly, includes complex sentence structure and varied diction. Paper is no
longer than a page, is double spaced with 11 or 12 point font. Quotes are
