1.25 hours per day; 5 days a week
$200.75 per month

Your starting salary is $200.75 per month. You will be paid on the first of each month. Bonuses will
be awarded based on test results, teamwork with your colleagues (positive referrals), and turning
in all job related materials on-time. Job performance reviews will be held at the end of each quarter.
Raises will be determined by overall performance in class, marked improvement, and by submitting
a completed Marketplace Portfolio.
Your benefit package will include all major holidays and weekends off. You will also have paid vacation
for two weeks at the end of December (winter break) and for one week at the beginning of April (spring
break).
