B 0 D H I VETERINARY CLINIC and ANIMAL HOSPITAL May 8, 2015 To Whom It May Concern, | would like to recommend Stephanie Costigan to whoever is lucky enough to be in the position to offer her a job. !had the pleasure of working with Stephanie as her supervisor and Medical Director from November 2023 through April of 2015. | had just taken over the role of Hospital Administrator and “inherited” Stephanie as a recent hire, An entire change of administration occurred at this time, and Stephanie quickly showed herself to be steadfast, reliable, industrious, proactive and eager to participate and learn during what can only be described as an incredibly tumultuous period Stephanie was transferred from her position in Client Care to a more hands on position working directly with clients, patients and doctors in the exam rooms. She exhibited all of the previously mentioned qualities as well as new ones...direct and professional communication, problem solving, taking on unassigned tasks and creating solutions, and designing protocols and strategies for the flow and success of the hospital. From that position, Stephanie was put in charge of pharmacy and ultimately as a lead for all of the room assistants. | truly cannot say enough positive things about Stephanie. She definitely became one of my go-to people. | trusted her input and perspective and knew without doubt that whatever task she was handed ‘would be completed thoroughly, efficiently and given more than was asked. She was well iked by everyone and is a genuinely honest and forthright person with a strong work ethic and desire to improve and be involved with many aspects of her environment. Our workplace benefitted from her being here and she is truly missed by all.
