WHAT CAN YOU DO?

The purpose of a demonstrative speech is to teach your audience how to complete


an action from beginning to end. This is done by explaining each individual step and
demonstrating it at the same time. By the time the speech is done the audience
should know how to do what you were explaining.
Your topic must be substantial (no making a sandwich), but also be something that
you can teach within the time limit. This can range from how to play an instrument
to how to build something. Every person has something they can teach another
person. This is your chance to show us what you can do.
Your speech must be between 5 and 6 minutes
