-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADMISSION:1. Original School Leaving Certificate, Migration & Photo copy of Character Certificate.
2. Two recent passport size photographs with parents.
3. Duly attested photo copy of Statement of Marks of Class X(Internet)
4. Admit Card of Entrance Test and Fee deposited slip.
5. Payment of requisite fee as mentioned in Prospectus. Payment can be made only
by Cash or Demand Draft in favour of Loyola High School, Patna, A/c No.
030805300007112- (Cheques will not be accepted.). Fee to be deposited in the
South Indian Bank (Loyola I.T.I. Campus).
6. Blood Group & RH: Kindly obtain the certificate of your sons/wards blood group and Rh
from a Pathological Laboratory (Photocopy).

N.B.: 1. Father OR Mother of the candidates must be present at the time of Admission.
2. Those who fail to take admission as per the schedule will forfeit their seats.
3. Without the above mentioned documents Admission will not be taken.
4. Second List will be published on 12-06-15 at 5.00 p.m., if seats are available.
5. Fee will not be refunded in any case after the Admission.
6. Fee slip will be given on 09-06-15 from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. Kindly

deposit the fee before the day of admission to avoid last hour rush.

7. Requests for extension of Date shall not be entertained.
