My Own Philosophy of Teaching

Elementary Education, like other

fields of education is essential for
the development of a person. I
believe that the elementary
education is a stepping stone of
children to what they will become in
the future. The deep foundation of
learning in the elementary years is
one of the factors to determine ones
capability to withstand the pressure
of secondary and tertiary education.
Elementary Education deals with the

teaching of basic knowledge to

children as preparation for more
complex topics in the years to come.
For me, it should taught with full
effort and whole hearted compassion
enable for the students to bring out
their inner talents, intelligence and
social capabilities, thus, shaping
them to be productive citizens in the
future.

learning. Teachers are considered one of
the noblest professions because he/she
can sacrifice his own endeavours enable
to meet the needs of his/her students.
Teachers are like GOD-GIVEN gifts to the
man. These professionals are destined

to shape every mans personality.

He/she can greatly affect ones
development and behaviour in how to
deal with the realities of life. Teachers
help the students to be the best they
can be and guide them to their future.
Teachers are the oxygen of the society.
Without them and their compassion,
there will no engineers, doctors and
other professions. A persons future can
change with the help of a teacher. With
the proper method and a handful of
hope for the students, every teacher
can be an instrument of a productive
and progressive society.
