One set of application form for ITEC Scholarship includes the following:

1. Print out of online application sealed by the nominating ministry/ organization.

2. Certified copies of graduation certificates (Bachelor/Master/ Ph.D) up to the latest degree
in English language.
3. Certificate of English language proficiency, if any.
4. Certified copies of other certificates in English language, if any.
5. Certificate of Medical report alongwith results of all tests conducted. The certificate has
to be certified by doctors/ hospitals of central/ provincial or city levels.
6. Copy of passport (content containing pages).
7. Recommendation letter of the Foreign Affairs Department of Provinces/ Cities/
Ministries/ Academy or Offices of Peoples Committees of Provinces/ City.
