Know the Civil Code provisions on partnership, agency and trust and the jurisprudence interpreting these laws. Enhance his/her communication skills in reciting cases and answering questions during class sessions and examinations. Develop a methodical mind that knows how to filter the essential facts and identify the relevant issue and ruling. Develop an analytical mind through evaluation and comparison of the evolving, and at times differing, doctrines.
