Cheese Scones

Ingredients:
500ml flour
15ml of baking powder
250ml strong cheddar cheese
15 ml of vegetable oil
125ml milk
1 egg
Directions:
Sift flour baking soda and salt into a large
bowl.
Add the cheese and mix through the flour
Beat the egg and milk in a separate bowl and
add the oil
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture
and mix with a fork.
Press the dough on a clean flat floured
surface. After you flatten it, set the dough on

top of itself. Cut your scones out and then


bake them on 180 degrees Celsius for 25
minutes.
