Quinoa

Ingredients:
Packaged quinoa
Canned Corn
Frozen Green Beans
Frozen Carrots
Salt and pepper
Green Peas
Directions:
Add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of quinoa in a
pot. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Reduce
heat to low and let quinoa simmer for about
15 to 25 minutes; then fluff with a fork. Stir in
vegetables before removing from heat source.
