Sub: Ms. S. Sangeetha some instructions given by the Dean - refusal to obey unruly
behaviour- explanation called for Reg.
The CoE, RVSCET in his circular RVSCET/CoE/Apr2013/Staff Profile/048 dated

30/04/2013, captioned MOST URGENT wanted the staff profile to be transferred to Anna
University, Chennai on or before 02/05/2013, 2.00 pm.
The Dean was hectically preparing for the details of the members of the department as requested
by CoE to be submitted in time, in vain, due to the repeated mistakes of some members of the
department because of the lethargy ,utter carelessness and not paying due respect to the
instructions from the Dean. Ultimately, after a few unnecessary and avoidable printouts in
A3sheets, finally the same was submitted to the exam cell much to the disappointment of the
Dean as it was submitted late, was again ultimately found to be incorrect, due to the out-and-out
carelessness of Ms.S.Sangeetha and hence, it has to be withdrawn from CoE office for further
correction, leading to a lot of wastage of stationeries and the lapse of time, much against the
expectations of the authorities of Anna University, Chennai.
So in this regard the Dean has given some instructions to Ms.S.Sangeetha to make her realize the
lapse on her part.
To the utter shock and the uncompromising dismay of the undersigned Ms.S.Sangeetha instead
of realizing the lapse, has chosen to react violently displaying her chosen way of being
disobedient to the higher authorities.
This kind of the repeated act of the dereliction of duty and the violations of the instructions of the Dean
amount to a condemnable act of disobedience, which on no account is acceptable in the interest of the
department and also of the reputation of the college as a whole.
Now, she is instructed to offer an explanation and tender the same on or before 10th May2013,
4.00 pm, failing which she has to face the disciplinary proceedings against her.
