ADMISSIONS TO FIRST YEAR OF TWO YEAR FULL TIME POST GRADUATE COURSES IN
MANAGEMENT VIZ. MBA/MMS/PGDBM FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2015-2016
This notification is being issued for Online Registration, Document Verification and Application Form
Confirmation at Application Receipt Centres (ARC) by candidates willing to be admitted in First Year of Two
Year Full Time Post Graduate Degree Courses in MBA/MMS and PGDBM in the Government, University
Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes and/or such number of seats from Unaided colleges,
which by mutual consent have decided to form part of this admission process of MBA/MMS and PGDBM
Courses for the Academic Year 2015-16 in the Maharashtra State.
Eligibility for Online Registration for Admission:1.1 Candidates who have registered for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2015 during the period 18/02/2015 to
02/03/2015 and appeared for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2015 or CAT (conducted by IIMs)/ GMAT (conducted
by GMAC, USA)/ CMAT 2015 (Conducted by AICTE)/MAT (conducted by AIMA in February 2015)/ XAT
(conducted by XLRI)/ ATMA (conducted by AIMS) are eligible* for online registration for admission to
MBA/MMS and PGDBM courses through candidate login.
1.2 Candidates who could not registered for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2015 during the period 18/02/2015 to
02/03/2015 but appeared for CAT (conducted by IIMs)/ GMAT (conducted by GMAC, USA)/ CMAT 2015
(Conducted by AICTE)/MAT (conducted by AIMA in February 2015)/ XAT (conducted by XLRI)/ ATMA
(conducted by AIMS) are eligible* for online registration for admission.

Such candidates may register* for admission as a new candidate (new registrants) with fees as given
below (Fees includes late fees of Rs.1000/-).

Such candidates shall be considered as All India Candidates irrespective of his/her type of
candidature & category. (For eligibility to the Rounds, read Annexure I from the Information
Brochure)
For Open Category Candidates from Maharashtra State, Outside Maharashtra State 2000/(OMS), J & K Migrant candidates.
1800/For Candidates of Backward Class Categories [SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C),
NT(D), OBC, SBC] and & Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra
State only.

Such candidates shall pay the fees in the form of CASH (offline mode) at the any ARC during
document verification and confirmation.

Important Instructions for candidate:

1.

*Candidates securing Non Zero Positive score in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2015/CAT (conducted by IIMs)/
GMAT (conducted by GMAC, USA)/ CMAT 2015 (Conducted by AICTE)/MAT (conducted by AIMA in
February 2015)/ XAT (conducted by XLRI)/ ATMA (conducted by AIMS) will be eligible to get admission
through CAP.
2. It is mandatory for all aspiring candidates including new registrants to register online for admission and
confirms the application form at ARC.
3. If candidates fail to confirm online filled application form at ARC, then such applications will be rejected
and name of such candidates will not appear in the merit list(s) prepared for the purpose of CAP and shall
not be able to participate in the CAP.
4. Applications sent by Post/Courier etc., to ARCs/DTE office will be rejected and no communication in this
regard will be made.
5. The candidates are required to show the documents in originals at this stage of verification and
Conformation of Application Form at ARC. Candidates are advised to keep the necessary documents ready
at the time of Document verification stage as per the notified schedule.
6. The candidates belonging to SC, VJ/DT (NT (A), NT (B), NT(C), NT (D), OBC and SBC categories should
produce Caste Validity Certificate issued by Scrutiny Committee of Social Welfare Department and the
Candidate belonging to ST category should submit Tribe Validity Certificate issued by Scrutiny
Committee of Tribal Department. All Backward Class candidates excluding SC & ST should produce Non
Creamy Layer certificate valid up to 31st March 2016 at the time of verification of documents at ARC, if
these candidates are not able to produce the Non Creamy Layer certificate at the time of submission of CAP
application form for the Admission, then such candidates will be treated as GENERAL category candidates
and such candidates will not be able to claim Reserved seats in the admission process.
7. Reserved category candidates not producing Caste Validity Certificate are required to submit Xerox copy of
Proforma H on Rs.100/- Non Judicial Bond Paper (available on website for download) and original shall be
retained by the Candidates which he/she shall submit to the Institute during admission.
8. Candidates who have registered as a reserved category candidate but could not produce required
documents for reservation claim during document verification phase shall have to pay difference amount of
fees of 200/- at the ARC in cash.
9. Candidates are advised to ensure before applying for the admission to the MBA/MMS/PGDBM
programme in a particular University that he/she is eligible for admission to the programme as per the
relevant Eligibility Rules of that University.
10. Candidates belonging to Foreign Nationals / Persons of Indian Origin /Children of Indian workers in the
Gulf countries/Ward of NRI shall read Rule no 1.6 & 1.7 carefully before registering for admission.

Candidate can avail the facility available at ARC for confirmation of Application form. For availing the
facility of ARC candidates are required to pay Rs. 50/- in cash as facilitation fee to ARC.
All ARCs shall remain open on all days excluding holidays and Sundays for submission & confirmation
of application form during the schedule. For ARC List and address refer website.
