ANTONOVICH June 19, 2015 Patrick Mallon, Executive Director LARICS 2525 Corporate Place, Suite 200 Monterey Park, CA 91754 Dear Mr. Mallon: Thank you for conducting the community outreach meetings in Crescenta Valley relative to the proposed construction of a 45’ monopole at the La Crescenta Sheriff's Station Itis my understanding that, yesterday, the Crescenta Valley Town Council voted 7-1 to reject the recommendation of the Land Use Committee and reject the construction of the above-referenced LA-RICS monopole. Based on the concerns expressed by the impacted residents and the vote of the Town Council please eliminate the La Crescenta Sheriff's Station site from the LA-RICS project and ensure that the site is returned to its original state if any work had been initiated prior to today's date. Notwithstanding the above, the community and | support efforts to establish interoperable communications systems for our law enforcement and fire personnel and a couple of alternatives have been offered to you for future consideration.
