The undersigned Chief of Police of Cabanatuan City. Police Station,
after having been duly sworn on oath in accordance with the law, do hereby
accuses, Josue Valeriano y Asuncion of the crime of Robbery with Rape committed
as follows.
That on or about the 15th day of June 2015 at 8:00 in the evening at
LEO building, Sumacab Este, Cabanatuan City, Republic of the Philippines, and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above named accused did then
and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously raped and robbed one(1) Alexa Cruz y
Talplacido with injuries as classified in Medico-legal Certificate.
