We Rmax Broadband private Limited engaged in the business of Internet service

vide Licence from Department of Telecommunications xxxxx. We raised and
order to <vendor> for outright purchase of <technical name> towers and the
same has been executed vide Invoice No <>. We hereby declare that we are the
end users of the said product mentioned above.

As requested by you we hereby inform you that we are in service industry and
we do not possess TIN registration since we are not engaged in production or
trading of products.
