Assignment:
Narrate an incident that you encountered/experienced in the past wherein there
was ethical/unethical behavior shown by an employee of a company or a
business organization as a whole and discuss how you felt and what you thought
during and after incident.

These past few months, I encountered an unethical behavior shown by our worker.
We have a small food business and we are the one who cook the food. So we hired a
worker to sell pares-mami. As the time goes by, we noticed that theres no improvement
of the sales or rather than he gave same amount of money even though there is nothing
left of our products. So every weekend we decided to go with him to sell pares-mami,
surprisingly we earned high nevertheless its too early to have that amount.
I am very disappointed to him because my mother gave him a job with a right salary and
gave a free boarding house then he do this kind of attitude. Because of what he did, I am
thinking that this man will never be successful.
