Falla felt so nervous when he started teaching english at he first time

because when he was at the university he read a lot of book about how he
could solve any kind of problem but when he was teaching it was completely
different - " the university is like a laboratory, in it you can control
everything but in a real live is not the same" said mr Falla in some part of
the interview.
Mr Falla started teaching english at santo Toribio seminar which is next to
rosa maria checa school, it was in 2000 so it is almost 15 years ago.the first
difficulty that he had when he started teaching was that everybody did not
understand him because when he was making his class he had a plan on his
head and he thought everybody were able understand him but on his fist
class most of the student doesn't understand him . so as a teacher he think
the first problema is most of the students dont have the level to understand
you .
Mr Falla like teach in intermediate level because most of the students have
tha capacity to speak and you can talk with them about different topic and
he doesn't prefer teaching students of high level because they don't need
somebody who push them.
He had been teaching english in our university for almost 13 years. his first
class of english was in summer of 2002.
Mr. Falla didn't have any argument with some student until now because
the idea is when you are teaching any kind of material , you and your
student need to try to solve the problema that you have in that moment
said Mr falla.
He try to do the best and ry to look for new book witch can axplain him how
to teach in a easy way this answer was when we asked him about how he
describe as a teacher?
He left his first work because he dint have enough time. When he started
teaching english he usually teach only per hours in different place so for one
years had been teaching english in five different places in usat, seminar,
cesar vallejo, san martin and fachse.
His personal goals in not ya have a PHD on educational because he think
that every day can learn different; his main idea is have a IT in educational.
