Following the success of last year’s tournament.
Cirencester Town Football Club invites your club to enter teams into our annual tournament
which is to be held on Saturday & Sunday 5th & 6th June 2010.

Sat: Boys u8, u10, u12, u14, u16 Girls

Sun: Boys u7, u9, u11, u13, u15
AM or PM to be confirmed upon reciept of entries
Each team will consist of 6 players and 2 substitutes.
All players are to be in their respective age restrictions as per the 2009 / 2010 season.

The entry cost is £25 per team.

Please call or e-mail me to check availability for each age group you wish to enter and then complete and return the entry
form by 30th April 2010 together with your cheque made payable to Cirencester Town FC

ENTRY IS ON A 1ST COME 1ST SERVED BASIS SO TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT APPLY NOW!
A map of the location will be sent with confirmation of your entries and the rules will be those adopted by the Football
Association. We will confirm these at the start of each age group competition on the day.
We will confirm your entries and actual playing times by 18th May 2010 but regret that we will be unable to make any
refunds once you have been accepted into the tournament.
For administration purposes each club are to nominate one contact name and phone number so that we can confirm each
entry and tournament times for each group.

Please note that on site parking and programmes will be £2.00

Food, drinks, sweets, ice cream will be available on site.
