managerial philosophy is consistent with your own working values.
4. What is a typical workday like for you? The interviewers response can give you clues about daily life
at the company.
5. What systems and policies are in place to help employees stay up to date in their professions and
continue to expand their skills? If the company doesnt have a strong commitment to employee
development, chances are it isnt going to stay competitive very long.
