1. That the contents of Para No. 14 of the Petition are

wrong and denied. It is submitted that it was
petitioner and her family members who were
responsible for not getting the marriage registered
despite various attempts on the part of respondent
and his family members. The respondent had
elaborated as to how the marriage registration was
not done due to the act and conduct of hte
petitioner in the preliminary submission. It is also
relevant to mention that since 26 th January 2012,
respondent and his parents have made various
attempts by speaking to the petitioner and her
parents to make all arrangement for sending back
the petitioner from India to Australia but repeated
attempts of the respondent failed in that regard.
