zoneisallotteddifferentactivities.
ZONE1
Zone1issituatednearthecentraladminzoneoftheentirecampus.Soplacingtheadministrative
buildingadjacenttothisbecomesflexiblefortheofficialsmovement.

Building1(annexure1)inzone1accommodatesthegovernmentofficesfordifferentministries
andauctionareaforusedcarsinG+1structure.
Building2(annexure1)inzone1accommodatesthecommercialbuildingthatistoberented
outforbanks,insurancecompanies,etc.andofficesforrentalcarsalongwithparkingfacilities
ingroundflooronly
Building3(annexure1)inzone1accommodatesprayerhallsseparateforeachgender,cafes
andrestaurantsingroundflooronly.

ZONE2
Zone2isdesignedfornewcarshowrooms.Thisformstheinterfacefrontofthemarket.

Building1andbuilding2accommodates4newcarshowrooms(2ineach)withanareaaround
1100sq.meachingroundflooronly.
Building3accommodates3newcarshowroomswithanareaofaround900sq.mingroundfloor
only.

ZONE3
Zone3isdesignedforusedcarshowroomsanditssupportingfacilities.

Building1andbuilding2accommodates32usedcarshowrooms(16ineachbuilding).
Groundfloorhasfacilitiesforshowroomsandtheofficesareputuponthemezzaninefloor.
Eachshowroomisprovidedwithseparatetoiletfacilities.
Opencarparkingisprovidedincommon.
Building3accommodates12usedcarshowrooms,vehicletestingandmaintenancearea
andautosparepartsshop.

Outofthe80usedcarshowroomsmentionedintherequirements,only44showroomscanbeprovided
inthedemarcatedzone.Ifitiscompulsorytoprovide80showrooms,thentheparkingareawillbe
reducedorelseweneedtoprovideitinupperfloors.
