Dear Mam;
Greetings of Peace!
I would like to express my deepest grief for our brothers and sisters suffering in
great distress brought about by the typhoon Yolanda. For this reason, I thought of
sharing effort in their struggle for immediate survival and recovery from such
devastation. I have expertise in electromechanical hands-on applications which I
think can contribute to emergency restoration of food and water facilities,
electricity, communication, power systems, transportation, and others. My past
exposures to work in remotes places can help me immerse even to the most
desolate place where assistance is most needed. I can join any volunteer team
leading to the same intention as for now I believe human presence is equally
important as material goods being sent.
Should these suggestion is favorable to the University I need at least two weeks to
be effective in this endeavor and I will repay the time missed in my classes
afterwards. I ll take care of my own finances in this endeavor.
