IRTPA NATIONAL LEAGUE 2014 2015

- Entry Form Thank you for supporting this years IRTPA National League.

All entries must be received before Monday 18th August 2014 to realtennisnl@hotmail.co.uk. A
confirmation receipt will be sent to you.

A separate entry form must be completed for each team entered.

The season will usually comprise 4 home & 4 away matches, plus semi finals (or preliminary finals) and
finals for qualifying teams.

Our aim is that Division 1, 2 & 3 fixtures comprise 2 player teams playing singles matches & a doubles
match. Please see attached National League Rules. Division 4-9 fixtures comprise 3 player teams
playing best-of-3 sets singles matches. We anticipate Division 3 will comprise player handicaps 10-15, Div.
4 15-20, Div. 5 20-25, Div. 6 25-30, Div. 7 30-35, Div. 8 35-40, Div. 9 40-45. These brackets are only a
guide and teams will be bracketed on strength of squad and not the top 3 individuals.

In each team there must be a maximum of 7 points between the best nominated player and the worst
nominated player. (if your best nominated player is a 40 handicap, the worst player you can nominate
would be 47)

Travelling distances will be made as fair as possible for all clubs.

Important club dates not in T&RA fixtures list (e.g. club championships) must be written in comments
section of entry form or will not be taken into account. If you wish to provide a selection of preferred
dates, please do so in this section after consultation with team Captain.

All handicaps will be taken from the on line system on 18th August, 2014.

Entry fees are receivable from the club entering the team, and need to be received at a similar time to the
entry form. The cost per team is 150 for all divisions.

Entry fees should be transferred electronically to the IRTPA giving the Club name as a reference.
