English 2116 is a course that teaches teaching technical writing.

The course
has gone over the following topics:

What is technical Writing?

Writing for your Readers
Ethics
Document Design
Illustrations
Instructions, Procedures, and Policies
Technical Reports
Proposal and Progress Reports
E-mails, Texts, Memos, and Letters
Oral Reports
and finally Resumes and Cover Letters

Through out the course we completed nearly two Writing to Explore (WTE)
exercises per week. These exercises were shorter exercises focused on one
of the topics that were covered throughout that week. Projects would usually
span one to two weeks and would combine ideas from multiple subjects
covered in the class or dive into a single topic in greater detail.
