thereshouldbewelldesignedsynchronizationbetweenUEandNetwork.Inworstcase,Networktriestosendsome
datawhileUEisinsleepmodeandUEtriestowakeupwhenthereisnodatatoberecieved.Topreventthiskindof
worstcasescenario,UEandNetworkhasawelldefinedagreementaboutwhenUEhastobeinsleepmodeand
