I will assign some reading homework before the class period and ask students to follow instructions and create a graphical representation that have facts and information about the topic. Students will be able to represent the information learned by creating a graphic organizer, which will help them remember, understand, and create, each student will choose the appropriate design that will help him/her understand the facts. This activity will make the student ready to learn more about conic sections. Students can save their designed graphics for quizzes or tests also he/she can save it as a review for SAT or ACT.
