I am currently a senior at California State University, Northridge where I am studying
Electrical Engineering and soon to be graduating in December. I am applying for an
Engineering Internship for Summer 2015. I have enclosed my resume in the
attachments for you to review.
As evident from my resume, I have spent the last two summers interning in the
Automotive Power Lab at International Rectifier where I have gained experience in
designing and testing electronic systems. Ive always described my work over the past 4
years in university as passionate, giving way to my 4.0 and excellent recommendations
from previous internships. I work at a top level when I have a passion for the job, which
is what I see from doing research on this company. From the work in flash memory to
solid-state drives, it all ignites a spark in me to innovate and contribute to this body of
research. I not only possess the technical skills from my internship experience at
International Rectifier and at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, but I also have the
enthusiasm and passion that produces every great innovation and invention.
