Dear Mr. Alok,
With reference to your interview, we are pleased to appoint you on the post
of Trainee- Marketing coordinator in our organization on the following terms
and conditions:1. Date of Appointment

: Trainee Marketing Coordinator
3. Period of training
: Six Months
4. Stipend
: Rs.10000/-p.m.
5. You will devote your whole time to the organization and will not engage
yourself in any business/profession either directly or otherwise.
6. After the completion of training depending upon your assessed
potential you would be suitably absorbed in any of the
disciplines/sections.
7. The information furnished by you regarding your particulars such as
qualification etc. given by you if found false or incorrect, your
appointment will be deemed void and to be liable for termination.
8. You will behave and conduct yourself in an orderly way and shall not
remain absent from the place of work without the permission of the
concerned authority.
9. You will be entitled to 15 days leave to meet casual and medical
contingency during the training period.

During the training period, you will have the status of a trainee
for all purposes.

If you accept the above terms, you are required to return the
duplicate copy of this letter of appointment duly signed by you in token
of your having accepted the above.
