-------------------------------White wine vinegar
Olive oil
White wine
Oregano
Thyme
Salt
Garlic -- mince
Hot sauce

Mix all ingredients and marinate two whole chicken which have been cut in
half. Marinate several hours in refrigerator. Grill chickens slowly until
done.
