10 things I do to step out of my comfort zone.

1. Call a friend or relative I have lost contact with.


2. Speak in front of a group about a subject that I am passionate about.
3. Learn a new skill.
4. Volunteer. For example I volunteer with The Willow Domestic Violence Center.
5. Get in a new class that I would never have thought about trying.
6. Do a new activity such as basketball or ice-skating.
7. Attend an event where I dont know anyone.
8. Ride a rollercoaster (the mamba) for the first time.
9. Make a new friend outside of my friend group.
10. Try a new food that I am scared of trying.
