instead of A. Can B claim payment from C?
16.Ramu went to Tirupati Railway Station to travel to Vizag on a particular train
and purchased a ticket based on the information of the Railway Time Table.
After one hour waiting for the said train Ramu was informed that the train is
cancelled. Can Ramu claim damages from Railways?
17.Somu asked his wife that he would commit suicide if she does not transfer
her personal property to him. She does so under this treat and Somu sold
away that property atone. Can the wife avoid the contract?
