Based on our analysis of percentile scores of the respondents, some questions lead

to a plateau distribution of responses (meaning the differences of the number of

responses are minimal), leading us to believe that these se questions can be
improved or dropped altogether. These are questions 3, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 17.
Also, we have found respondents that the term layout design which was used in
several questions (especially in 3,6, 9, and 17), was found ambiguous and was
subject to their own interpretation due to the lack of operational definition. As for
questions 11-13, we believe that these items should be kept since these questions
are standard for feedback questionnaires. We propose to either operationally
define the term, or find a more simple term to use such as formatting, or layout, or
design by themselves. Also, we have measured the reliability of the scale using
cronbachs alpha. The resulting value is 0.915983 (an alpha level of 1 denotes
perfect reliability). We were unable to elicit valid responses from the comments box
due to most of them commenting on the prezi instead of the questionnaire,
although the instructions say such.
