His speech was recorded ané appears on YouTube but was banned from display onthe official TED website. Why? Because it caused people to open their minds and reject many so-called scentifc Facts by revealing thatthe game was crooked. In sclence, we are taught that certain facts are unchanging laws. These laws then become the foundation upon which all research is built. What Fappens if these laws are not unchanging and, i fac, the game i igged by “professionals” who have the own status in mind first and the laws of nature last? [An example of such alaw isthe speed of ight. "The speed of light = 299 792 4SB meters / second." (Ina vacuum. PVR). Notice how clean and factual and authoritative that statement s? No messing about; this is what itis and always shall be. The problem with this specific fact, as with almost all facts, is that it |s wrong. The speed of ight was monitored constantly between 1928 and 1945 and found to drop about 20Km/s during that time period, This severely upset the world view of Metrologsts. Metrology is the science of measurement and is made up of folks who define measurements for the rest of us. They solved the problem in 1972 by redefining the meter In terms of the speed of ight. When the speed of light changes, the length of the meter changes accordingly, inorder to maintaln*he constant. Science that says that Radionics is fake is wrong. Other scientists say that psychic abilities enist and are common, but they are ridiculed. Ifyou believe the naysayers and think that you cant learn Radionics, then it will Become a self-fulfilling prophecy. you believe you can learn and become successful at Redionics, then you will ~ PeteCHAPTER 1 wi Radionics is means of fusing and amplifying your intention to interact withthe energy and spiritual aspects of existence. As sich, it allows you to balance and direct energy fields and vectors thet compromise existence. There are many explanations of how Ragionis works, including strong hints in ‘Quantum Mechanics. How it works is less important than the fact that it works and you can learn and use it to improve your lif. In fact, it may be the most powerful single tool you ever use. CHAPTER 2 wh n Radi There area lot of reasonsto learn how to use these energies—from helping others to helping yourself to self-ealzation but one ofthe most powerful reasons is that Radionics is fun! You don’t hear aeople talk about Radionics in that way often because it isa powerful too, [ts results can seem miraculous, and people tend to focus onthe results and not the process. Every time you use Radionics you become Dotter at it, andl think there are lasting benefits to just practicing Radionics much ike martial ars Radionles canbe tke playing 2 game, you are pitting your intellect against a problem with hidcen issues and results that are not vable Unt the game's end. Let's take an example ofa potted flower. Why iit not thriving? You can run the charts and balance the enerpies forthe plant, but maybe nothing has changed. Something is wong and you need to teasure-hunt until you figure out what it is and balance it. Not everything is contained on a chart and sometimes you need to prospect, using a technique called cold scanning, but even hare you need to know what you are looking for Radionics can be as muchfun asa game, as exciting asa mystery novel and one of the most powerful ‘tools you will ever learn. Relay sit back, take a deep breath, but, most ofl, ave fun! Page aof 22CHAPTER 3 Radionics in the United States This chopter provides an opinion, not legal advice, as 1am not an attorney and not qualified to provide legal advice. Modern electronic Radiones started In the United States but its now an underground movement in the United States. Even where legal, tis generally not openly spoken about. Mostly this's because of wel: intentioned government suppression to keep Radlonics out ofthe medical profession, tis considered practicing medicine without a license when used to “treat” humans for medical problems. When performed by licensed medical doctors in the United Stats, its considered practicing outside of ‘mainstream, evidence-based medicine and may be punished. This is further augmented by the FDA's belief that Racionis is “hokum of “quack medicine”. I have been told many times by practitioners that Radioncs i legal for non-human purposes, suchas agriculture or the growth of farm animals. !also believe itis legal for affecting non-medical things, such as Tuck", or when used as a form of prayer. Generally, when learning Radionies, most students do not have a witness ready to focus the machine and, therefore, use themselves a the target. Since this is fr the purpose of learning and not actually any kind of treatment, I believe itis legal For these reasons, there are words that we never use inthe field of Radionic inthe United States, Some of these words are: “treat”, "treatment", “heal, “cure” or any other word that may indicate that you are practicing medicine. We are balancing energies, some of which are ofa spiritual nature and some of which are ofan unknown nature, For that reason, we ae always careful to comply withthe law and use words like “balance”, or the vero “balancing”. There isno “treatment” This only holds trve forthe United States. Other countries have along tradition of using Radlonis for health care, including government-based health care systems. This warning is especialy important for readers who are entering the United States from one ofthe countries where Radioncs is accepted in order to know not to practice ifr those purposes here, Laws vary from country to country nd you are wise to seek professional advice when needed. Hf you start reading any ofthe older books on Radionies~many of which ae published in the United Kingdom-you wil earn that Racionics was atively used during World War I and that itis sti actively Used inthe United Kingdom, the Former Soviet Union countries, China and elsewhere. Page Sof 22CHAPTER 4 Radionics Machine Critical Parts Identification ‘There ae diferent types of Radionics machines, symbolic and electronic. Of the electronic types there are two basic designs, Hieronymus style and Drown/de la Warr style. The Hieronymus design was later ‘vastly improved by Peter Kelly and vsualy is arranged in banks of two dials. The Drown systems can have hundreds of cals. The Kelly desig uses electronics to focus and amplify the results of the system and are considered the best avaiable. This document concentrates onthe Hieronymus/Kelly style systems. ‘This system will generally have 2,3 or more banks of dals. Each bank contains 2 dials and has a switch that allows the bank to be turned on and off. The dials in ech bank are called the Left Hand Dial (LHD) andthe Right Hand Dial (RHO). The switch isthe bank switch. In addition to these dal, there is also a dial that is not part ofa bank called the Intensity ial. This dal is sed to measure the fied intensity of whatever you are analyzing and later serves the dual purpose of determining how much time is needed to balance the fed ‘The two remaining critical parts is the stick pad and the witness well. The stick pad is normally @ smooth plastic area tha is used to determine Stick (see next chapter). The witness wel is how the machine is focused on a target. If you want to balance your crap inthe south field then a photo of the crop inthe south feld can be placed inthe witness well to set the system on that target. While not part of the machine, rates are erica A rate Is how you focus the machine onto a specific field, Rates are generally arranged ina logical order and these ae called charts, There are large libraries ‘of charts avaliable on the Internet and trusted books and an electronic database ofall known Kelly rates ‘an be purchased. (See Resources chapter.) Not all rates will work with all systems, and a check should bbe made to insure compatibility. The de la Warr rates are not generally crectly usable on a Kelly sytem and vice versa Page Gat?CHAPTER 5 “Stick” The words by Hodgson Burnett that you read inthe Preface were written over 100 years ago and yet they still hold true today. Hf anything, we are starting to have a grasp of how ite we know, and that is the start of understanding. Radionics is sirlar to ths; the best is yet to come. There are many theories about how Radionies works but no one can point to any speciicheory, including the theory that ti all delusional. Infact, there I large body of evidence to prove that Radioiesis real and effective Radlionics is thousands of years old, with a working mechanical Radionics device from ancient Babylonia which you can see ina British Museum today. The technology was lost and rediscovered, probably many times. ‘Modern electronic Racionics was invented in the United States less than 100 years ago. The fact that ‘modern electronic Ragiones Is almost forgotten in the United States is 2 testament tothe government’ ability to suppress technology it doesn like. Keepin ind thatthe government used this technology itself, but that was a eifferent and more pragmatic branch of government and ina diferent time. Itis Widely used in Great Britain and many Eastern European countries. Infact, you can earn a diploma in Radionics in some ofthese countries and be admitted to practice. In the United States, iis legal to use Radionics for any health purpose, so its generally used for agriculture and, for lack of a better word, "wishsgranting”. Its very effective for both ofthese purposes and more, ‘The heart of Raglonics isthe human operator's intention, as made real by means of avery useful type of dowsing called Stick. This can be practiced anywhere, at any time, and, often, unobserved. have used Stick n stores to choose between products. Try doing that with dowsing rods! Unseen, luse Stick to advise me on a course of ation in high stress environments when no clear path is visible. Learning how ‘0 use Stick not only opens up the worid of Radionies but provides a useful means of obtaining inner information from your subconscious whichis, more often than not, correct. Unlike dowsing rods tick s done with just the fingers. How you chose to dots a matter of personal preference. Most people use two or three fingers oftheir domirate hand to do Stick. There are two states in Stick-unfettered movement ofthe fingers and Stick. Stick in imple terms, Is when the Lnfettered movernent of the fingers stops because they “stick” to whatever surface you are moving them over. So, movement and a stop of movernent Is how you cefine Stick. After a good bit of experience, yu wil find there is another form of Stick which is “feeling”. You will know when you are about to get Stick before It happens. The “feeling” sil comes with experience and snot something you need. Page 70822‘The following are needed to learn Stick: 1. Proper mental attitude 3. Calm and relaxed. . A desir to learn Stick ©. Confidence in your ability to learn Stick 4. belief that you are about te have fun and learn something new 2. Hydration of the body ‘half hour before you start the process of learning Stick, you should drink water, Dehydration will make itharder to learn Stick, Note: coffee, tea and soda are not water! {There isan exception* to this rule) 3. Physical comfort ‘a. Wear loose, comfortable clothing . You may want to wear your “lucky” sweater or charm, et. Takeoff your shoes, ifyou want. 4. You should not be too hot or cold. The chair should be comfortable. fe. You should not feel sick. f. You should not be hungry or over full 4, Tactile condition 2. if your fingers are dirty, clean them. [As you get used to performing Stick, ome ofthese rules wil go away, they willbe personal to you: Eventually you wil find that you can do Stick anywhere, at anytime, without preparation. When I first learned Stick, Iwas told that 80% of all students were able to doit on the ist day. And 80% ofthe remainder was able todo ita a later date. | have found those numbers tobe wrong. In the years in whieh t have been teaching Stick, only one person was unable to lear t and that was because he ‘idn’t want to. That student had been dragged to the class by a companion and was determined to rove to the world that he was untalented at Stick. Ifyou are fllowing the rules aslaid out above, then | believe that 100% of students willearn Stick. You can prove me wrong if you wish, but then you wll ‘iss out on all the fun ‘There ae alt of opinions on how many fingers you should use and how you should move them for ‘optimal Stick, | can tell you that less than 2 and more than 3 doesn’t work for most people. However, You might be the exception. Start with 3 and drop down to 2 f you wish. Some of the opiniens on how to move your fingers are clockwise, counter-clockwise, side-to-side, up-and-down and in aZ-shape, Here isthe truth-use whatever makes yau comfortable, tis more important that you ae able todo Stick than itis that you use any specific pattern Page 8 of 22| teach a general ule aboutall psychle work, That rule, WHAT WORKS, WORKS! In other words, as long as something works, don't worry about it. So what if someone else sald it doesn’t work that way! i works that way for you. This snot just @ good rule for psychic and Radionics work but, aso, forlife. fit works, then it works, and that isall there isto. Lab Exercise 1 In this lab, you wil gain experience practicing tick on elther a Sick pa (a plece of Radionics equipment designed for Stick) or any slick surface, such as packing tape, plastic, or even metal. The goal ofthis exercise is for you to experience Stick witha simple yes or no answer. Using the Stick pad as your work surface, mave your finge’s at a constant speed over its surface. Don't press down, but et your fingers lide over the surface, Use a speed that is comfortable for you~nelther too slow nor too fast. if your fingers “stick right away, then use a tiny amount of srrow-root power to dry your fingers. Overuse of atrow-ro0t powder wil make your fingers so slick that twill be very hard to obtain Stick. 1find that if ‘you give the arrow-root bottle a shake, then touch one finger tothe inside of the bottle id, that is Usually the correct amount to use. Just spread the arrow-root over your hands. Once you have done thisfor a litle while, I want you to fx the folowing intention into your mind, fa statement i true, then | want Stick withio 2 oF 3 seconds. Next ask yourself the following question, “ls ‘my name ”, where yourname is your actual name and not a pseudonym. You do not have to say this out oud. If you experienced Stick, tryout a few other question, including questions where the answer is no. Once you fe! you have this skill down, you can move on to Lab Exerese 2. you cannot obtain Ste, try different things to get comfortable. Take off your shoes. Face a different direction. Put on a sweater, fis cool. Some people are sensitive to the direction they are facing when they ace first learning Stick. Tey facing different directions o just move toa diferent part ofthe room. if none ofthese actions work, take @ few minutes to relax and clear your mind, Ask the instructor, or ‘any other student who aready has the sil, to help you. The way they can help by putting thei hand ‘on you with the intention that the skill they have in obtaining Sticks copied onte and shared with you. Hf none of this works, then getup, leave the room, geta drink of water, and watkaround a bit. After ‘several minutes, go backto the training oom and try agaln. Make sure you let te instructor know you are having a prablem so s)he ean help! These problems will nt remain once you have enough practice Page 9of22Lab Exercise 2 In this exercise, you will earn how to tune your Radionics device vsing Stick. You will need either a symbolic or an electronieRadionics device. Using an electron Radionies device i better if avalabl. Place a target witness inthe witness well A witness nothing more than a photograph ofthe target that you went to influence using Radionics. There ae other waysto create a witness when 2 photograph isnot available, but, for today, we willuse a witness that insures rere Is no result. Since you are just learning, we will ue an artificial witnes by placing a plece of pape in the witness well withthe words, “HARM TO NOTHING AND NO ONE, THERE IS NO TARGET, THERE ARE NO RESULTS, PRACTICE ONLY” written on it. This will insure that any mistakes you make have noetfect, since we are actually not focusing the device on a target. OF course, there isan exception to this. Some people are 0 good at Stick that they will not get Stick with this witness. In that case, just go withthe intention that you are practicing and you want stick to work a if there isa target, even when there isr'tone. (This workaround was introduced by the Grill Flame/Stargate Project and documented in books on this subject.) ‘To start, we will et up the machine for use. If electrical, turn the power on. Make sure llbanks are turned off and the device is notin broadcast made. Ensure that al dials are set to zero. At this point, select one bank of Radionics dials. Set the dial on the left to 35.5. Set the dial onthe right, to2i.4. These values are defined as “Kiss of God” and are normally written as 35.5-21.4. We call these values "ates" ‘You will now determine the optimal amount of time required to broadcast the energy associated with this setting, If your machine hasan ANALYSIS/BROADCAST switch setitto Analysis. Turn the bank you set to ON. Find the INTENSITY dial and make sure itis set to zero (thisis normally a small ial). It can be used to determine the intensity of arate or the amount of time needed to broadcast arate in order to achieve balance. Moving the energies that define the ate Is called “balancing”. For this experiment we will not ‘measure the intensity of the rate only the amount of minutes to implement the cate. Since asking for 3 blessing rom God is always welcome you do not need to know the Intensity. More on ths later. Start moving your fingers over the Stick pad with the intention that, when the Intensity dial reaches the correct number of minutes needed to implement this rate, your fngers wll stick tothe pad. As you are ‘moving your fingers, start to move the intensity knob ina slow, smooth manner. Since ths isa simple fate, lexpect that you will get alow number, such as three. Do net be disappointed if you get a high number or even zero. i you get 2er0, fix the intention in your mind that thsi a practice run. Try again if you get a number above ten, reset the intensity dal to zero andtry again. Keep working att until you set a value below five. If you want to experience implementation of balancing this rate then move the ANALYSIS/BROADCAST ‘witch to the BROADCAST setting fr the determined amount of time. Be sure to move it back once done brozacasting, Page 10 of 2CHAPTER 6 General Vitality (GV) Radionics allows you to quantify values that could not be quantified in any otxer way. What do these numbers mean? By themselves, they don't mean much. You need a way of assigning value to the numbers that you create using Stick. Basically, you need a “line in the sand” to divide numbers into balanced or unbalanced. By tradition, that line inthe sand scaled General Vitality, sometimes spoken of as GY. Here are the rules for GV: ‘Te rate for GV on a Kelly system is 8.00-49.00 You never balance GV directly. ttisa divider, not something you should or can balance. For normal fields, everything ator above GV is OK and does not need balance. For normal fields, everything below GV needs to be balanced untl itis at or above GY. For fields representing poisons or Evil, everything at or above GV is BAD and needs to be reduced, preferably to zero but always to below GV. Some rates such as White Light will point you to other charts such as Dark Forees. While Light ‘must be #/- 50 than GV or you need to balance Dark Forces. 7, Some rates can be used no matter what its relationship to GV is. “Kiss of God” is one such. You 2re‘asking fora blessing from God which you can always recelve no matter the GV. Lab Exercise 3 In this exercise you will scan for your GV and record it. You will then scan for thee other rates (instructor provided, or see examples below) and record the Intensity value for them. As you record the Ineensity value foreach rate, notice its relationship to the GV. Does thsraterequir balance? iso, then reset the Intensity cil and, with the Intention that you are now scanning mirutes, use Stick while slowiy turningthe Intensity/Time knob until you ascertain the value. You should have a standard way of writing these values. suggest the following: UHD-RHD, INTENSITY, MINUTES. If this sa multibank rate (arate that uses more than one bank), then it would be RATE,RATE...NTENSIT, MINUTES. Normally, | would assume that the amount of time is expressed in minutes, but if greater time is required, | would write *D" for days, "H” for hours, or *M" for minutes. For example, there are charts {or liness, charts for plants, and even chars for increasing wealth. There are also collections of charts in the form of books, but the largest and mast complete colaction of charts the Kelly Database. See resources below for more information. Almost anything that you wil need to do has a chart available. Radionics practitioners generally share charts, 50 feel free to ask for one. Cold Scanning is a method of determining ates that do not already exist, At some point in the last 70 years, someone created a chart from scratch and they mos ikely used cold scanning to create the chart. You benefit from these decades of effort by having the charts avaiable Page 12 0f22CHAPTER 7 RESISTANCE Resistance fsa new concept to explain an old problem in Radionics. In fact usin the concept of Resistance it may be possible to build a mathematical formula to explain why Radlonics sometimes works and sometimes does not. In the past, everyone intuitively understood that Resistance existed but ro one seemed to codify it nto concept. It was always just the Idea that, sometimes, things just don't work There area ot of reasons why a Radiones session might not work, such as “the Will of God” or “Unavoidable Fate", which ae included in the concept of Resistance. The fist two cannot be overcome, but all other forms of Resistance can be dealt with. It may not be practical, bait is possible. | define Resistance as the force or forces that interact with your Radionically-amplified intention that divert it from its goal. It may be that your Radionic intention does not have enough power to become “real” or, perhaps, tis diverted along an easier path that does not bear fruit. An easy way to think about this isto Use the Copenhagen theory of quantum physics, In this theory, existence starts at a level called the “ase state” and rises untl it reaches the state that we think of as normal or “real”, the macro state. Everything you see or experience, including yourself starts out at the base state and reaches up to our macro, "ea!”, level Resistance is not often seen when balancing simple systems, such as chakras or imbalances in the enecgy fields oflivng things. It is more often seen when attempting to reset complex things ke luck. For ‘example if you want to win a large sum of money, there i a large resistance, starting with all ofthe ‘other people who also want to win it. Can you overcome tis resistance? Sometimes the answer I. “yes! and sometimes the answer Is "no". What we do know, i that you can determine arate to “win the money’, execute the rate, and still nt win the money, Even ifyou execute the rate dally, you wil stil not win the money. The resistance Is too great. Isit posible to overcome resistance? Take a pencil and hold it between your two hands. Now snap the pencil. That was easy, wasn'tit? Now take 20 pencils and hold them between your hands and attempt tosnapthem, You cannot. The pencils reinforce each other. Ths example, however, shows us how you can overcome resistance; if you use multiple ates to reinforce the primary rte, they can reinforce each other. In this ese, the primary rate is “win the money with harm to no one”. Supporting rates might be, “remove impediments to winning the money with harm to no one”, “provide a path in which to win the money with harm to no one” and s0 on and s0 forth. These supporting rates strengthen the primary Fate and help to overcome resistance. In the case of the lottery, there are milions of people who want to win, othe resistance is great and hundreds of supporting rates may not be enough. A church raffle may be easier to win simply because there are less people playing and less people who care about winning ‘You wil have to try it for yourself. ‘The Will of God” and “Unavoidable Fate” are ofa similar level of difficulty to overcome, God allows you to ight to push back, but, ultimately, God wins.
