Activities working on currently:

Create new technical designs and solutions for Tiger Planning related changes
in APO Programs and document them properly in Project Library.
Create programs as per the Technical designs to build new applications and
tools. Latest example being the brand new Demand Integrity and
Replenishment Coordination Tracker tool(popularly called DIRCT) , that went
live globally on Nov the 1st.
Providing UAT and warranty support to these tools which are going live.
Requirement gathering for new applications and tools that are shortly
planned to come up. Latest example being the Demand Integrity KPI report.
Regular Production support activities that include:
Troubleshooting and Analysis of incident and problem tickets.
Implementing OSS notes.
Program changes as parts of Change requests.
Updating the technical design documentations accordingly.
Debugging standard and custom codes.
Debugging CIF related issues.
