Hing/ asafoetida
Salt
Red chilly powder

Method:Spread the poha on a news paper where it gets sufficient sunlight , let it be th
ere for 3-4 hrs , this makes poha crispy .
Keep a big , heavy bottom kadai it should be dry , add oil heat it for 1 min in
high flame , now keep medium flame , add hing , mustard seeds , curry leaves , g
arlic cloves and saute well , now add peanuts and roasted gram saute well , aft
er 2-3 min keep the flame low , add red chilly powder , turmeric powder , salt
, sugar and saute well for 1 min , now add dry coconut flakes and mix well for 1
min .
Now add poha and mix well for 3- 4 min so that poha is well mixed with all ingre
dients .
Turn off the stove , allow it to cool for 10 - 20 min later you can store it
in a airtight box .
Poha snacks is ready to eat , enjoy it with a cup of hot tea / coffe .
