wouldneedtohavemoreinformationaboutthewaysthatwecouldmakesurethatthereadingis
correct.

Doyouhavetheinstructionmanualforthedevice?
Arethereanyinstructionsinthemanualaboutverifyingcalibration/output?
Theseareusuallyverydifficulttocalibratewithoutalabsetupwhichcanflowairofaknown
humidityoverthesensor.
Ibelievethebestwayistosendthedevicetoapropercalibrationlab,unlessyoursitehasavery
goodinstrumentationshop/lab.

NotmuchyoucandotoverifytheiraccuracyinthefieldI'mafraid.Isuggestyoutaketheoriginal
datasheetsuppliedwiththeanalyzer/transmitterandseeifthereissomecalibrationconstantsthat
youcancheck.Consultthemanualsincetheymighthaveacalibrationvalidationprocedurein
there.Itwillbesomeconstantsvaluesyoucancheckonthedisplayorsomevoltagesyoucan
measureonthePCB.
SomethingyoucancheckisthemAoutputsaccordingtothefactorycalibratedzeroandspan
values.Ifitisdewpointyouhaveontheoutputitshouldhaveafacilityonthematrixofthe
transmittertosimulatethe0to150degreesCorwhateveryourfactorycalibrationshouldbe
accordingtothedatasheet.
Youcanthenmakeadjustmentsonthetransmitter'soutputtomakesurethecorrectZ/Sdewpoint
values(asperdatasheet)giveaaccurate4to20mAoutput.
Iknowthemanufacturercanalsosupplyyouwithvarioussaturatedsaltsolutionsthatyoucanuse
inalaborw/shopenvironmenttoverifytheaccuracyofthetransmittersogetholdofthemandask
themaboutthat.
Anotherpossibilityistobuyahotfactorycalibratedstandbyidenticaltotheinstalledunitandjust
