INFORMATION
The Undersigned accuses MARCO T. ASUNCION, a resident of
Brgy. Sta. Lucia, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines for crime of
MURDER, committed as follows:
That on or about January 14, 2015, at around 4 oclock in
the afternoon, in Krispi Krema at Brgy.Pagburnayan, Vigan City,
Ilocos Sur, Philippines, the above-named accused, did then and
there, wilfully, unlawfully and forcibly took away MACE VICTORIA
F. LIM and deprieved her of her liberty and detained for more
than three (3) days.
CONTRARY TO LAW.
NO BAIL RECOMMENDED.
