It is my great pleasure to inform to all the Principals of Affiliated /Autonomous/Constituent Engineering Colleges and PG Coordinators of VIU PG Centres that, Visvesvaraya Technological University’s National Academy of Skill Development Centre (NASD), Dandeli, will start functioning very shortly. ‘The objectives of this centre is to impart skills set to young aspirants and make them industry ready. This centre will definitely kindle the creative spark among the youths and increase their employability and entrepreneurship skills. In light of this, a LOGO DESIGN COMPETITION (logo to be used for NASD) is organised for staff and students of affiliated colleges of VTU. The participants may send the Design to nasd@vtu.ac.in and the hard copy shall be sent to the Coordinator NASD, VTU, Jnana Sangam, Belagavi on or before 18 March 2015. ‘The selected Logo will get a cash prize of %.10,000/- and a certificate from the University.
