One Dimensional flows and bifurcations. Linear and Non-Linear Ordinary Differential
Equations. Two dimensional flows and bifurcations. Limit Cycles. Chaos. One dimensional
Maps. Fractals

Math 120 (Linear Algebra with Differential Equations))

To learn how to set up mathematical models in the physical, biological and Social
Sciences

To gain familiarity dealing with linear and non linear systems of ODE.

To understand the qualitative analysis of non linear ordinary differential equations

The Study bifurcations that occurs in physical systems changing the qualitative
behavior of these systems

To study one dimensional maps

To study how chaos arises in physical systems and its implications

To study fractals and their applications in dynamical systems
