WorleyParsons resources & energy EMPLOYMENT AGENCY AGREEMENT This agreement is made on 4/22/2007 belwesn CIBCO focates in the clty of Dubai in the country of UAE} represented by MrManjay Vadhar, holds tile of Manager- Business Development in tie above ‘organization, hereinafter referred’ to as the Agency and WorleyParsons Oman Engineering LLC, located in the city of Muscal in the country of Oman; hereinafter referred to as the Company, Where as the Agency is engaged in the servic2 of supplying manpower of all categories of qualified Professionals ~ technical and eupport staff — required for the Company and its establishments as well 2s its associates, The Company is wiling to ullize the services of tha Agency with the following terms and Conditions nerety agreed and accepted hy both parties. ‘Terms & Conditions Pormanent Placement: The Company will pay a service charge of 8.33 % of tha incumbent's annual basic salary plus living allowance in respect of permanent appointments, This service charge will be paid to the Agency in 30 days after the candidate joins the Company. Preferably, the transaction should be made in the culrenty of the USS (UD dotiars), Replacement Guarantee: ‘The mentioned service charge is contingent upon successful placement of a candidate. Allpemianent placements wil attract a minimum three-month unconditional replacement guarantee patiod. fa suitable replacement cannot be found within 4 weeks {or mutually agrees time} then the service charge paid to the Agency willbe refunded fo the Company on a pro rata basis, Employment related terms: ‘The Company will be responsible for al! emproyment related formalities for the selected candidates such as ‘medical tes, immigration formalities, visa, mobilization tickets otc. No employment related charges wil be paid by the Agency. However, the applicable taxes wil be pai’ by the respective party as per the law requirements of their reapoctive countries Dispute Resolution: ‘The anove process and guidelines have bean drafted to ensura that disputes between the Company and Agencies are minimises. However, any dispute thal ariees will be settled promptly and fairy. The Company's decision is final and no further discussions wil be entered into.
