    Mohammad Alberderee is close to death due to his medical conditions. We are aware that he has said goodbye to his family and friends. We have also been made aware that it is highly likely that he will slip into a coma within the next few days. I have written an open letter to Minister Dutton, reminding him of his responsibilities as a Minister and that a death on his watch due to inaction is the price the Government seem to be willing to pay for political purposes.

    Dear Minister Dutton,
    Mohammad Albederee (or LXN058 as your office likes to call him) has made the final preparations for his
    death and said his goodbye's to family and friends.
    Two brave young men have died in your detention centre on Manus Island and now you will have a third.
    Reza's death was blamed on others, and Hamid's was blamed on medical negligence and not working
    quickly enough to get him the medical help he needed in Australia because of a problem with a visa (which
    is the responsibility of your office). Your office has never accepted responsibility for the suffering and death of
    these young men.
    This death will be very different.
    Mohammad's death has no excuses.
    There have been multiple requests to your office over many months.
    There have been multiple national and international news stories about his impending death that you, your
    office and your government have ignored, and the Coronial inquest will be very different this time.
    History will show that you failed to do anything to save this man's life despite all the medical reports.
    History will show that he came to Australia from war-torn Iraq asking for help and received none.
    History will show that you locked him up in horrific conditions with no crime for 2 years.

    History will show that you paid a private company to beat and subjugate him and many others on numerous
    occasions and created legislation to facilitate this.
    History will show he was denied the medical care he needed in Australia that would have saved his life.
    History will show that there were literally hundreds of times that you could have intervened and done ''the
    right thing'' this time, but you did not.
    Most importantly history will show that you and the Australian government are culpable for his death which
    makes it murder.
