Bergen County, New Jersey WHEREAS, on May 12, 2016, the Borough of Ladi (hereinafter roferred to as the “Borough’) solicited Statoments of Qualifications by way of Requests for Qualfcations (RFQ”) on a fai and open basis from vendors seeking to serve the Borough as Borough Attomey; and WHEREAS, on or bofore June 12, 2018, Alan P. Spiniello, Esq.
