Huancaina pope

It is a typical and historical dish of Peruvian Creole cuisine, consisting of boiled


potatoes , washed with red pepper sauce , milk, oil and cheese. In its classic
presentation it is accompanied by boiled eggs, black olives and lettuce leaves
INGREDIENTS
Recipe for 8 people:
Potato 1 kg.
For the sauce:
400 GRMS cheese.
1 can evaporated milk
1 package crackers boy
Yellow pepper 2
2 cloves garlic
onions
Oil c / n.
Decoration and add:
Eggs boiled 04 (halved)
olive 08
Lettuce (well washed)
Preparation
Boil the potatoes , peel and split them into slices when cool
- Fry some previously seeded pepper, the garlic and onion , leave to cool.
- To prepare the sauce , pour into blender peppers , garlic and onions, a bit of cheese
bucking , cookies and milk, liquefy start keeping a thick mixture , adding slowly and to
finish the rest of the ingredients
