only technical team works here
Offshore has not been able to utilise me properly...dropping emails to Bhavnesh
to allocate work.
Appraisal...judging on secondary skills
difference in Sandeep's and onshore's understandings...started OSB and ADF train
ings but that effort is not counted.
situation may not change going forward either.
even if I make some changes the overall impact is not know.
want to suggest improvements.
