Anin has demonstrated her willingness and ability to be flexible, adapting quickly to the demands of
working in Dubai. She has excellent knowledge of the revised Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
She is able to plan and deliver a range of stimulating and engaging lessons to suit all learners. She
particularly enjoys leading on mathematics and physical development sessions. Anin works extremely
well as a member of the whole Early Years team and also able to delegate responsibilities to her assistant.
Anin has paid particular focus to include the English Language Learners into the class sessions through
appropriate challenge and individual support. She maintains an attractive and stimulating environment,
which supports learning and celebrates achievement. Anin uses a range of digital technology as a tool for
learning and teaching, to engage and motivate pupils. She is also an effective communicator and has
developed excellent links with parents in order to engage them in their childs learning journey. Anins
attendance and punctuality are outstanding. She is professional in her approach to her work. She is also
honest, reliable and trustworthy, knowing when it is appropriate to share information and when to
maintain confidentiality.
