Install puttycm0.6.0.*.exe
Copy putty.exe to c:\program files\Putty Connection Manager
Copy LRUC.dat to c:\program files\Putty Connection Manager
Start Putty Connection Manager
Select location of Putty
File|Open Database, LRUC.dat
Tools|Options|Database to set default database to LRUC.dat

Bugs
---- Focus is slightly unpredictable. With combinations of alt+tab,
clicking on the program and clicking on tray icon you can get
the application back when it goes missing.
- Only one instance is allowed at a time
- Dragging tabs doesn't reoder the tab order.
Notes
----- It's possible to select which Putty sessions to use for which
hosts stored in the database opening up the possibility of
having single sessions used for multiple hosts.
- Dragging tabs to the centre of the screen lets you split the
screen into multiple displays.
